The first iteration of the 6.7L common rail Cummins was introduced to the Dodge HD truck lineup in 2007 and carried on through until 2018 with major emissions upgrades and additional horsepower and torque. These engines have proven very reliable and strong, especially with a few performance enhancements like Deviant Race Parts line of intake elbows, fuel sumps, fabricated cold air intakes and traction bars.
